Renewals Management:
Our renewals management service allows for all your hardware and software support renewals to be managed and renewed on-time. Thus freeing you and your team up from the worry of making sure that all your support and subscriptions are kept up to date.
How it works: A month prior to a license or support contract becoming due a trigger will alert your account manager to generate a proactive renewal quote. Then having provided you with the renewal quotation, your account manager will then work with you to provide any additional information regarding the renewal ensuring you have current support at the correct SLA for your organisation. In addition any new products bought will be added to the renewal management account.

Professional Services:
We can provide onsite installation or pre-configuration for our entire product range. This work is carried out by certified engineers with years of experience within the network and security arena. Integration with existing infrastructure or entire network and security refresh projects can be planned and implemented from project inception to completion. In addition or engineers are available for troubleshooting, diagnostics, support or ongoing maintenance work on existing infrastructure.
